You are responsible for translating complex technical designs into clear projects (sprints) that are immediately executable for our developers. You act as a bridge between technology and daily implementation to ensure that projects run smoothly and that our customers’ wishes are accurately realized. Your eye for detail and structured approach contribute to the success of both our team and our customers! In short, you are the link that ensures that our customers are not only helped, but also grow thanks to your advice and support.

  • Proactively monitoring customer environments is second nature to you. You are able to identify problems early and propose solutions before they impact the customer.
  • You help our customers with their daily work and recognize commercial opportunities in this. You also actively follow up on these yourself.
  • You actively advise our customers in the field of hardware and software. Converting an issue into a customer-oriented solution is not an unfamiliar task for you.
  • You act as a bridge between technology and daily implementation to ensure that projects run smoothly and our customers’ wishes are accurately realised.
