You know what happened yesterday and today, but you also look ahead. You analyze trends, adjust where necessary and ensure that we tackle problems before they arise. Structure and insight are key. This is not a job where you can sit back - you are the driving force behind a smoothly running servicedesk.

Together with a team of (DevOps) engineers, it is your responsibility to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of customers’ IT environments and applications. For example, you will be involved in license management, access management and asset management. You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility. Managing various servers, database environments and business (365) applications is not unfamiliar territory to you. In addition, you understand the importance of acting within the set SLA agreements with our customers.

  • Analyzing IT problems and coming up with a future-proof solution. You are able to identify problems early and propose solutions before they have an impact on the customer.

  • Oversee and monitor daily IT tasks at team level and if necessary ensure correct prioritization of work

  • You act as a bridge between technology and daily implementation to ensure that projects run smoothly and our customers’ wishes are accurately realised.

Are you our 'Match made in heaven'?

  • At least a completed HBO education preferably in the field of Computer Science, Business IT & Management or Computer Science, supplemented with IT specializations.

  • You have decisiveness and are strong in making decisions.

  • You know how to distinguish between main and secondary issues and you know how to set the right priorities.

  • Solid experience with modern cloud infrastructures and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;

  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written)
