For each project you can see the status, what the budget is, planned delivery dates, etc. You also have the opportunity to shoot real-time questions and our hours can be followed. We use the same tool to place the right tasks with the right employee and to ensure that the delivery agreements are met.
Often in IT companies there is a lot of uncertainty and miscommunication about factors in the projects, such as costs and time.
