OsTicket
OsTicket is an open-source web-based ticketing system that is used within organizations. This system is also an interesting alternative to expensive complex ticket systems. All questions received through various communication channels, are stored in this system. All received e-mails and web-forms are being automatically placed in osTicket. Also telephone inquiries or requests can be entered manually by the team through the web-portal.
