What is Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is a hub in which multiple office applications come together to ensure that you can work as a team. You can now collaborate with several colleagues in the same file at the same time. You can also chat, call and start or schedule a meeting with your colleagues. It is also possible to share your screen, and share ideas or work in progress.

Share your screen?

When you are working remotely, it is sometimes difficult to explain something to colleagues or customers. For this you can use the function “Screen sharing” in Microsoft Teams. For example in a meeting, but also together with a collegue or customer. You decide whether they can see everything or a single application. This way you can easily explain what you mean and avoid misunderstandings.
